The Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. The objectives of the Troy Alumni Chapter are to unite college men of culture, patriotism, and honor in a bond of Fraternity.

The Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., was chartered March 2013. To encourage honorable achievement in every field of human endeavor. To promote the spiritual, social intellectual, and moral welfare of members. To assist the aims and purpose of Colleges and Universities. To inspire service in the public interest. To carry out appropriate programs of the Grand Chapter and Province Council. The members are:

ACHIEVEMENT IN THE CLASSROOM!

The Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. continues its commitment to recognizing and encouraging academic excellence among our undergraduate brothers.

Troy Alumni Polemarch Alvin Tucker and Theta Phi Advisor Dwight Brooks proudly presented Theta Phi Polemarch Kentavis Delbridge with a $200 award for achieving the highest GPA among members of the Theta Phi Chapter for the Spring Semester.

Achievement is more than what we say, it is what we demonstrate. Bro. Delbridge continues to show that leadership begins with setting the example both inside and outside the classroom.

INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION OF KAPPA LEADERSHIP

The Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. proudly demonstrated its continued support of the Theta Phi Chapter at Troy University with the presentation of a $2,200 check to Theta Phi Polemarch Kentavis Delbridge and Vice Polemarch Zamarie Kier.

This contribution represents much more than financial support, it reflects the strong and lasting relationship between Troy Alumni and Theta Phi. As alumni brothers, we recognize our responsibility to mentor, guide, encourage, and support our undergraduate brothers as they develop as leaders, pursue academic excellence, serve their community, and carry forward the ideals of Kappa Alpha Psi.

The bond between our chapters continues to grow as we work together to ensure that the next generation of Kappa men is prepared to lead and achieve. Their success strengthens our fraternity, and their development is an investment in Kappa’s future.

The Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. proudly honors Bro. Jerome Solomon with his White Fraternity Jacket as he celebrates an extraordinary milestone, 50 years as a member of our great fraternity!

Bro. Solomon is a member of the Historical Twenty, the trailblazing brothers who paved the way for the establishment of the Theta Phi Chapter at Troy University in 1976.

His legacy of leadership and service continued as a Charter Member of the Troy Alumni Chapter, where he has served faithfully as:

The Troy Alumni Chapter is honored to share this outstanding documentary commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Theta Phi Chapter.

While Theta Phi and Troy Alumni are two distinct chapters serving different purposes within our great fraternity and Troy, Alabama and surrounding areas, our history is connected through many of the brothers who have faithfully served both.

Among the Historical Twenty (H20) is Bro. Jerome Solomon, who is also a member of the Troy Alumni Chapter. Additionally, 11 of the 13 charter members of the Troy Alumni Chapter were initiated through Theta Phi. Those brothers carried the lessons of brotherhood, achievement, and service from their undergraduate experience into alumni life, where they helped establish a chapter committed to serving our communities.

Today, the Troy Alumni Chapter is proud to include brothers initiated through Troy Alumni and many undergraduate chapters across the fraternity. However, it is appropriate to recognize and honor the brothers of Theta Phi whose leadership and commitment played such an important role in the early history of our chapter.

This documentary does an exceptional job of preserving that history and giving viewers a firsthand appreciation for the experiences and legacy of the men who helped shape generations of Kappa men.

We congratulate the brothers of Theta Phi on 50 years of excellence and thank them for creating a documentary that preserves an important part of our shared fraternity history.

It was truly an honor to sponsor the 2026 Troy Nutrition Center Pom Night for the elders of Troy, Alabama. What an amazing evening filled with laughter, joy, fellowship, and plenty of dancing! The seniors definitely showed us they still know how to have a great time and light up the dance floor.

We were also honored with the opportunity to select the Prince and Princess of the Prom. Congratulations to Prince George McClendon and Princess Barbara Atwell on being crowned tonight’s winners!

A special thank Ms. Nikki Scott, all the great dancers, attendees, and especially the brothers who came out to support and honor our beloved seniors. Nights like this remind us how important it is to celebrate and appreciate those who paved the way before us.

The Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. honored our Senior Kappas, brothers 60 years of age and older, during our May 17, 2026, chapter meeting.
