How fitting that today, Mrs. Rodo celebrates a milestone birthday on her very last day of teaching! Over the past 38 years, she has poured so much love, wisdom, and light into the lives of countless students, families, and colleagues. Her impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and the legacy she leaves behind will continue for years to come.

Mrs. Rodo, thank you for your dedication, your heart, and the difference you have made in so many lives. We will miss you greatly, but we are so thankful for the years you shared with our FAAMily. Happy Birthday and Happy Retirement!

Forest Avenue Peer Helpers had the opportunity to serve in their community. The students brought collected items from our school drive to the Humane Shelter. While there, students got to hold and love on some very precious puppies and kittens.

This morning, we had the opportunity to celebrate some very special people at our Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast!

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers for the countless hours, love, and support you pour into our school each day. From helping in classrooms to supporting events and activities, your dedication helps make Forest Avenue Academic Magnet School such a special place for our students and staff.
