🚨 MONTGOMERY, AL: Urgent Call for Chess Coaches! 🚨

As we lock in our schedule for this school year, our top priority is keeping our coach-to-student ratios small so every student gets quality, personalized attention. To maintain these high standards and ensure we can run every program we’ve committed to, we urgently need to fill our remaining coach positions.

We are turning to our community for help! ♟️✨

What you need to know:
💵 Great Pay: $70/class for adults ($40 to $60/class for junior coaches under 19)
🎁 Bonuses: Earn a signing or referral bonus based on the hiree's days coached per week ($100 per day coached for adults, paid at the end of the semester. Example: Coach 5 days/week = $500 bonus!).
⏰ Flexible Schedule: Teach 1 to 5 afternoons a week (1-hour classes start between 2:30 PM & 3:30 PM).
🧠 Skill Level: Online rating of 500+ (You don't need to be a Grandmaster, just know the rules and basic strategy!). Full curriculum and training provided.
👥 Great Fit For: College students, retirees, parents, or anyone looking for flexible, impactful part-time work.
