The Alabama PTA Annual Awards Ceremony, held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery, was a special afternoon dedicated to celebrating excellence across Alabama, honoring achievement, and empowering futures.
It was a joy to recognize our outstanding honorees and celebrate the individuals, schools, PTAs, and organizations whose dedication, leadership, and service continue to make a positive impact on children, families, schools, and communities throughout our state. Sharing this memorable occasion with family, friends, and our PTA community made the day even more meaningful.

🎨✨ As many of you begin preparing for the 2026–2027 Reflections program, this year's theme is "What My Culture Means to Me."
We look forward to seeing how students across Alabama bring this meaningful theme to life through their creativity and artistic expression.
Several of you have already reached out about getting a head start this summer, and we think that's a fantastic idea! Starting early gives students plenty of time to reflect, create, and develop their entries.

🎉 A BIG shout-out to all of our Reflections Chairs and everyone who played a part in making this year’s Reflections Arts Program a success!
Whether your role was big or small, at the local, council, or state level, please know that your time, support, dedication, and heart made a difference, and I am truly grateful for each of you.
Because of your efforts, students across Alabama had the opportunity to share their voices, express their creativity, and show what “I Belong” means to them in such meaningful and inspiring ways.
To our families, teachers, schools, volunteers, PTAs, judges, and supporters, thank you for believing in the arts and in our students. This program would not be possible without you.
As we wrap up this incredible year, be looking out for a special slideshow presentation featuring student artwork and entries from this year’s program. We are excited to continue celebrating the amazing creativity and talent of our students.
We are also looking ahead to the 2026–2027 Reflections theme, “What My Culture Means to Me.” It is never too early to start preparing and encouraging participation, and summer is a great time to begin brainstorming ideas and building excitement for another amazing year.
