Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to partner with incredible educators at Region 6 and Education Service Center Region 19, and I’m just really grateful.

From diving into Autism Supplement supports to building stronger FBAs and BIPs, the level of engagement, thoughtfulness, and commitment to students has been unmatched. These rooms were filled with educators who are doing the hard work every single day, and it shows.

One of my favorite moments was receiving a message during training that said this was the best AU supplement training they’ve experienced in 7 years. That’s the goal every time, to make learning practical, meaningful, and something you can take back and use immediately.

What I love most about this work is that it’s not just about compliance, it’s about creating systems that actually support kids and the people who serve them.

Huge thank you to both regions for the warm welcome, the collaboration, and the commitment to getting it right for students. I’d come back anytime 💛

✨ Exciting News! ✨

I’m honored to be speaking at Great Ideas 2026 this February in Austin!

📍 JW Marriott Austin

I’ll be presenting on Building Effective Behavior Systems with FBAs & BIPs, focusing on practical, systems-level approaches that actually work for campuses and districts—not just theory.

This conference is always one of my favorites for meaningful learning, real conversations, and leaving with ideas you can use immediately. If you’ll be there, I’d love to connect!

🍁 Post 3: Peer Praise Circles

Caption:
Encourage students to recognize each other’s effort.
✨ Have a “Peer Praise Circle” — each student shares one positive observation about a classmate’s thinking, collaboration, or creativity.
It builds confidence, empathy, and community. 🤝
