Dear Peter Crump Families,

Thank you for helping us have a GREAT first day of school! 💚💛

We truly appreciate your patience, cooperation, and positive energy as we welcomed our students back into the building. The first day always brings excitement, new routines, and a few adjustments, and we are grateful to our families for working alongside us as we begin an amazing school year.

A very special thank you to the Montgomery Fire Department for joining us this morning to greet our students and give them such a warm welcome back to school!

Their presence made the morning even more exciting and reminded our students that they are surrounded by a community that supports and believes in them.

Most importantly, thank you for trusting us with your children each day. Our teachers and staff were excited to see their smiling faces, begin building relationships, and get learning underway from day one.

Today was just the beginning! We are looking forward to a year filled with learning, growth, strong partnerships, and plenty of opportunities for our students to shine.

Crump families, the first day of school is almost here, and we are SO excited to welcome our students back! 🎉📚 We know the first few days can be busy as everyone learns new routines, so please pack your patience and help us keep arrival safe and moving smoothly!

🚗 IMPORTANT FIRST-DAY REMINDERS:

* Car riders: Please remain in your vehicle. Students may begin exiting vehicles at 7:30 AM.
* 🚫 Parents/guardians will NOT be permitted to enter the building to walk students to class. Our Crump team will be ready to greet students and help them get exactly where they need to go!
* 🅿️ Please DO NOT park during morning drop-off. Follow the car line and directions from staff.
* 🎒 PRE-K FAMILIES ONLY: Pre-K students will arrive at 7:45 AM. Pre-K parents may park and es**rt their child to the Pre-K entrance for check-in only.
* 📋 Students who still need to be registered may do so at the school beginning at 11:30 AM. Please bring all required documents.

💚💛 The first few days may take a little longer as we establish our routines, but with everyone working together, our car line will get faster and smoother! Please follow staff directions, stay in your vehicle, and most importantly—bring your patience! 😊

Open house is tomorrow from 3-5!!!🥳🎉 The registration team will not be enrolling students today but will be back at the school tomorrow from 8:00-2:00.

Last night the Woodley Park Area Association hosted National Night Out at Peter Crump!! We had such an amazing time with our students, parents, Judge J.C. Love, Sheriff and Fire Department. Looking forward to hosting move amazing events for the community.
