Last night, my Academy members had me in tears. Real tears. 🥹❤️

And if you know me, you know I always say I don't do the teary-eyed stuff.

These women came into my world about 7–8 months ago as complete strangers. Many of them were tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, and ready to quit. They were struggling with marketing, sales, digital products, systems, and trying to figure out how to create another stream of income while balancing life.

Last night, they reminded me why I do what I do.

After taking a few weeks to get my life, family, and Academy reorganized so we could all move into Q3 and Q4 with more focus and intention, we finally got back together on our weekly coaching call. What I thought would be a simple catch-up turned into a moment I'll never forget.

One by one, they started sharing their wins and progress. Then they started giving me flowers... and not just flowers, they gave me the whole flower shop. 😂💐

But the real gift wasn't the compliments.

The real gift was hearing their growth.

👏🏾 One member shared that she's working on closing a $6,000+ contract this month.

👏🏾 Another is working on a website project for a medical business with potential monthly maintenance income worth over $1,000+.

👏🏾 Another simply started sharing her vendor event knowledge with members of her church and now has people asking her to create a coaching program around her expertise. She also has an opportunity to speak at an upcoming business summit and plans to offer that coaching program as part of her presentation.

Y'all...

THAT is the stuff that makes me proud.

Not because of the money.

Not because of the numbers.

But because these women trusted the process, did the work, and are beginning to see what is possible when you stop trying to do everything alone.

Last night reminded me that success isn't about looking over the fence at what everyone else is doing. It's not about comparing programs, followers, or sales.

It's about transformation.

It's about helping people believe in themselves again.

It's about teaching them the systems, strategies, and foundations that allow them to scale beyond where they are today.

I don't just tell my Academy members what to do. I pull the curtain back and show them exactly what I'm doing, what's working, what's not, and how they can apply it to their own businesses.

So if you're feeling discouraged right now...

Keep going.

Trust the process.

Stay focused on your lane.

The seeds you plant today may not bloom tomorrow, but they are growing.

And sometimes the greatest reward isn't what you earn...

It's watching someone else win because you refused to give up on them. ❤️
