The Troy University Montgomery Center for Student Success hosted a successful Welcome Back Event. Our theme was “Superheroes of the CSS”! Thank you to Rosa Parks Museum, Troy Montgomery Campus Police, Financial Aid, Valley Bank, Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and the AFROTC for attending.

Don’t miss the Center for Student Success Welcome Back Event! We will give away Troy swag, food and 2 drawings for students to win a Troy Backpack filled with swag or a TV! Stop by and meet the CSS Superheroes along with other Troy University support staff and community businesses.
Wednesday, August 13th from 11-3.
First 25 students will get a Troy tote bag!!!

We hope everyone is enjoying their spring break! When you come back be prepared for the madness, March Madness to be specific⛹🏾‍♂️You can start putting your picks in next Tuesday on the 25th. We’ll see you there!

Are you considering nursing your be your major? If so we’d like to welcome you to the Pre-Nursing Social this Thursday February 20th in the nursing building in room 213. We hope to see you there and answer questions you may have about the nursing program here at the Troy-Montgomery campus.

We’re closing in on midterms, so to help with your studying the CSS would like to provide coffee and donuts this Wednesday and Thursday! Come by and grab some to give yourself a break in between studying. See you there!

The CSS will be running a food drive from February 3rd - February 27th. We already have barrels located in the lobby of Whitley Hall and here at the CSS if you want to start early. We appreciate you in advance for any food items you can donate, and all proceeds will go to Heart of Alabama Food Bank!

New year new you? Bigger and better things coming your way? We at the CSS can definitely see your vision. How about you join us when you have time next week to put that vision on a board? Let’s make it happen!

We hope the Christmas break did everyone justice! The CSS would like to welcome back everybody on January 15th for a Welcome Back event so that you can learn about all the resources the CSS offers. As always we will have treats, so we hope to see you there!

The playoff field has been set! The committee has made their decision on who the top 12 teams will play in the first 12 Team College Football Playoffs. Please come to the Rosa Parks Museum, Room 329 and put in your top 2 picks on who you think will win it all this year! There will be prizes for the top winners!

Join us next week to make holiday cards for hospitalized children. The holidays are upon us so let’s share some joy to those who may be having it harder around this time of year. To help complement we will have hot cocoa available as well. See you there and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
