Congratulations to our 3rd-grade scholar, Winter, on winning a bike yesterday during the 3rd-grade awards day! Winter (pictured with dad) met PROFICIENCY on the ACAP Summative and had wonderful attendance for the 2026-2027 school year! We’re so proud to call Winter a Nixon Cougar! 🐾💙💛

Mr. Wright consistently shows unwavering commitment, dedication, and love toward our scholars here at Nixon Elementary. From providing warm smiles and nurturing care to serving delicious meals every single day, he truly goes above and beyond for our school. 💛🖤

And to top it all off, he has not missed ONE day of school this entire school year! Now THAT is dedication! 💪🏽⭐
