🔒💙💛 Our September Nixon Huddle went a little something like this!

At E.D. Nixon, our monthly huddles are all about celebrating our people, refocusing on our goals, and making sure our entire school community stays LOCKED INTO LEARNING! 🔐📚

This month, we celebrated our Principal’s ACT Award recipients, recognized our Teacher and Staff Member of the Month, reviewed schoolwide expectations, shared our goals for the month, and made sure our scholars and staff know what’s ahead.

And of course, a Nixon Huddle wouldn’t be complete without a performance from our dance team and drum line, a little music, dancing, games, and Cougar fun! 🐾🎶

Celebration. Expectations. Goals. Community. That’s how we huddle at Nixon! 💙💛

🍎🍏 Our scholars and staff celebrated the life and legacy of Johnny Appleseed! Our scholars and staff are getting into the spirit with plaid, apples, and plenty of school-day fun. 🍎📚

Planting seeds of knowledge today that will grow into success tomorrow! 🌱🍎💙💛
