Our Flight Crew is officially on board and ready for takeoff! Our teachers and staff are prepared to inspire, lead, and create meaningful learning experiences for every scholar.

‼️Greetings new and returning BES families!!!

The first day of school is here!!! Monday, August 10th! Our school day for students in grades K-5th is 8:10-3:10. The building opens at 7:40am for students in grades K-5 and all students must be picked up no later than 3:25pm.

🌟PreK hours are 7:45-8:15 for morning dropoff and 2:15-2:30 for afternoon pickup.🌟

We are excited to see all of our returning and new students!

If you have *NOT* completed registration requirements for new or returning students for 26/27, we will begin seeing families on Monday morning 8/10, at 8:30am until 2:30pm.

📌The school office will be open during those hours each day next week.

📌Blount’s Open office hours for registration:

8/3 Monday, 8:30am-2:30pm

8/4 Tuesday 10:30am-2:30pm

8/5 Wednesday 12:30pm-2:30pm

8/6 Thursday *Closed* (Potentially opening after staff returns from MPS convocation. Stay tuned for information.) ‼️We will not accept registration documents at Meet the Teacher!!

8/7 Friday 8:30am-10:00am

‼️ATTENTION BES RETURNING STUDENTS‼️

Today 7/31 is the last day to pick up any 25/26 report cards, and any items left during summer school. All items will be thrown away at 2:30 today.

❗️Today is also the deadline to complete your registration for your returning students to finalize class rosters for Meet the Teacher. Please remember there are TWO steps for returning student registration:

#️⃣1️⃣ - Complete the online returning student registration link using your child’s SnapCode. If you don’t have yours, come to the school to get it.

#️⃣2️⃣ - Update your TWO proofs of residence. No emailed, copied or scanned documents accepted. All parents must come in person!

📌Paperless billing requires logging in to your account in front of office staff.
📌Paper bills must be the original document in its original envelope.
📌Bills must be dated within 30 days in the custodial parent’s name.

All other questions can be directed to the school registrar when you visit the school or call 334-851-4918.
