It’s a license renewal year!
Every even year, all active and inactive licensees must renew their licenses to continue practicing real estate in Alabama.
You can renew your Alabama real estate license starting June 15, 2026, using online services on our website, arec.alabama.gov

The last class ended on March 7. The final exam was taken on March 9. Three of them took the AL Salesperson Examination last week. The results are coming in, and they are amazing!

REUA takes pride in students’ learning processes and strive for them to pass the FIRST time. It is not a promise, but it is the MAIN goal.
