From Standout Player to Leader, Mentor & Difference-Maker

From an LSU standout to representing the USA National Team, to competing professionally with the Dallas Belles, Coach Penny Lucas-White’s volleyball journey has come full circle. Today, she is taking a lifetime of experiences, lessons, and love for the game and giving it back to the youth of tomorrow.

Her legacy is about more than where she played or what she accomplished—it is about who she continues to impact. Through teaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for young athletes, Penny is helping the next generation develop the confidence, discipline, passion, and belief to build their own journey.

Great players leave their mark on the game. Great leaders make sure the game is stronger for those who come next. 🏐💛🖤

🏐 Another Incredible College-Bound Coaches Network Exposure Events Clinic! 🏐

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Coach Play Like Winners by Penny Lucas-White for once again sharing your passion, wisdom, and championship experience with every athlete who stepped onto the court.

Your ability to teach goes far beyond volleyball. You inspire confidence, challenge players to think differently, and remind them that excellence is built one intentional repetition at a time. Watching experienced athletes train alongside younger players created a special environment where everyone learned, grew, and left with a greater love for the game.

The smiles, energy, and excitement throughout the gym were a reflection of the impact you continue to make on the next generation of volleyball players.

Thank you for investing your time, your heart, and your leadership in the College-Bound Coaches Network. Your willingness to give back to the sport and help young athletes pursue their dreams is deeply appreciated.

Together, we're not just developing better volleyball players—we're helping build confident young women prepared for success on and off the court.

💛 Thank you, Coach Penny Lucas-White! We can't wait to welcome you back for another unforgettable experience.
