Good morning, Dannelly Families! Dannelly Elementary School will be open today, Saturday, August 8, and tomoorow, Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. to assist families with student registration and withdrawals before the first day of school.

Families registering a student should bring the child's valid birth certificate, current Alabama Immunization Certificate, valid parent/guardian ID, and required proof of residence. Transfer students should also bring withdrawal papers and the student's last report card. If someone other than the biological parent is enrolling the child, court-issued legal guardianship documentation is required.

Please take advantage of this opportunity to ensure your Bulldog is ready for the first day of school on Monday, August 10! We look forward to serving you!

We're Back Home, Bulldog Family! 🐾

The wait is finally over! Dannelly Elementary School is officially back home, and we are open and ready for business! We are beyond excited to welcome our students, families, and community back into our newly renovated building.

We want to sincerely thank each of you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding throughout this renovation process. Your support has meant the world to us, and we can't wait for you to see the many improvements that have been made to our school. This is truly a new chapter for Dannelly Elementary, and we're excited to begin it together!

Please note: The front office will be closed for student registration tomorrow, Wednesday, as our staff participates in required district professional learning. Registration will resume on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.

Be sure to check out the attached flyer for information regarding our Meet the Teacher/Open House on Friday, August 7, 2026. We look forward to welcoming you into the building and kicking off an amazing school year!
