Bellingrath Middle School

This week, our administrative team had the opportunity to grow professionally at the CLAS 2026 Convention in Mobile, Alabama. We participated in sessions focused on student achievement, mental health, effective instructional practices, and the latest education laws impacting Alabama schools.

Our team gained valuable knowledge, resources, and strategies from outstanding speakers and trainers that will help us better support our students, staff, and school community. We are excited to bring these ideas back as we prepare for an amazing 2026–2027 school year filled with growth, success, and excellence for all learners.

Bellingrath Middle School Summer Learning will resume on Monday, June 22.

Please note that the school will be closed on June 18 in observance of Juneteenth.

Today, our school proudly participated in our End-of-Year Review with Cognia and the Alabama State Department of Education Office of School Improvement.

This opportunity allowed us to reflect on our progress, celebrate our accomplishments, and examine the work that continues to move our school forward. We are grateful for the collaboration, feedback, and support that help us remain focused on continuous improvement and student success.
