In honor of the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, HandsOn River Region is highlighting two opportunities to serve on 9/11 and throughout the weekend.

Whether you can lend a hand on Friday or have a little time over the weekend to give back, there is an opportunity to come together in service, strengthen our community, and carry forward the spirit of unity that followed September 11.

❤️ Friday, Sept. 11: Volunteer with The Salvation Army’s 9/11 First Responders Appreciation Luncheon: https://handsonriverregion.galaxydigital.com/need/detail/?need_id=1301315

🌿 Saturday, Sept. 12: Join Trail Keepers at Buddy Watson Park for a community cleanup: https://handsonriverregion.galaxydigital.com/need/detail/?need_id=1311701

We love good partnerships, as many hands make light work. We love hearts that serve our unsheltered neighbors in need the most. Thank you Dalraida Global Methodist Church for showing love in action to our neighbors in need.
