Big thanks to everyone from CIRSI who joined us for today’s My Wellbeing session on Financial Wellness! 💰 It was a fun and engaging session where we explored ways to manage money, set goals, and build a stronger foundation for our financial wellbeing. 🙌

Our office is closed Wednesday, February 12, due to inclement weather. The Commercial Pesticide Ag Pest Control Continuing Instruction Course is postponed until February 27. BGM After-School Clover Kids is cancelled.

Beef Weigh-In Families,

We have made the difficult decision to POSTPONE the Poweshiek County Beef Weigh-In scheduled for this afternoon. Many of our gravel and side roads are still partially ice covered and there is no guarantee they will all be cleared on time. The safety of our families and animals are top priority.

Poweshiek County Beef Weigh-in New Date:

1:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4 at the Grinnell Vet Clinic

If this new date does not work for your family, additional beef weigh-ins in our region include:

• Jasper County 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30
• Mahaska County 7:00-9:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 21
• Marion County 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 4

You must email (xPoweshiek ) or call (641-623-5188) the Poweshiek County Extension Office if you plan to attend a different county's beef weigh-in.
