Fetus Papyraceus (also known as fetus compressus) is a wild obstetric condition where one fetus crowds out its womb-mate (or it fails naturally). The surviving fetus then proceeds to compressed and flatten the remains against uterine wall (flat like papyrus paper).

Weird stuff you find while you’re cleaning the garage. This is a paper from August 4, 1927 and that would be Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth. Sadly not a rookie card for either one to be found.
