Pinewood Derby & Raingutter Regatta Races

Just a reminder; we have not been able to come to a consensus on a date for this big event. Almost any Sunday has some available for Polar Cubs at Rum River Scout Camp in Anoka. However, the Saturdays are filling up. Depending on how many people are going, there is some availability on Saturdays 1/14 has 38 spots, 1/21 has 16 spots, 1/28 has 16 spots & 2/25 has 65 spots but that is also Pinewood Derby. If Sunday works, there are a lot more openings. As for Base Camp, that is available Friday and Saturdays. We would just need to check to see if there are any large groups reserving the space for the night we would like to be there. I have received little feedback on best dates so If you have a preferred date please share it me. I would need to know how many from each family (youth & Adults) is planning to attend so we can reserve the correct amount of spaces. This is critical that we know this because we will have to pay upfront and it is hard to cancel in time to get a refund. At the Pizza Ranch fundraiser, we collected $161.50 that we could apply towards the cost of the event.

We were looking at taking a fun trip to Marshall and go to the planetarium and Ice skating at the new Red Baron Event Center. This would be scheduled for Saturday January 28th if you and your scout would be interested in participating, please let me know ASAP. If there isn’t enough interest then I won’t schedule this event.

Hey parents! On Monday we talked about doing tip night at the Pizza Ranch to earn money for a trip to Base Camp in the cities in January. Tuesday, December 13 is the night we are signed up for, our shift is 5-545 , 545-630 for younger scouts, and 630-8 for the older scouts.
We will be wiping tables, busing plates, cups, silverware.
Please let me know if you can help during this time. The more the merrier! 🤗

These four Scouts collected 181lbs of food and 48$ in cash donations for the food shelf!! GREAT JOB SCOUTERS!!!!!!

This is all thats left! Minus the jalepeno popcorn. So only 5 unbelievable butters left!!

Todays popcorn sales at Runnings was 965.00!!! Congratulations!! All popcorn, but 5 boxes were sold!!! Thank you to the scouts who participated!!!

Cub scouts are almost completely out of popcorn, stop down at runnings and grab some of the last few bags!!!!

Come on down to Runnings the cubs have sold 310$ in popcorn sales one scout has sold 140$ dollars inpopcorn just this last hour!!!

Cubs will be collecting at there booth sale tommorrow our box locations are trinity church, methodist church, pizza ranch and vfw. If your store would like to have a donation box to help the scouts serve the community please comment below!!! Thank you
