One on One to READ

As of June 1st, One on One to R.E.A.D., LLC is closing its doors! Yes, I’m retiring from teaching. It has been my pleasure serving Montevideo and the surrounding communities throughout my teaching career to help kids of all ages (and adults) to read. I’ve laughed and cried while listening to frustrated parents searching for answers about why their very capable son or daughter struggles in reading. Now, when I see students graduating from high school or college whom I have taught, and the proud smiles on parents faces, I feel my life’s work in tutoring has been worth it all! Thank you to everyone who has supported me through the years both professionally and personally. I am opening a new door called “Retirement”, but your kids will forever remain in my heart!

“Where Are All The Minnesotans?” is a book about Minnesota winters and what we can actually do outside!! Books came today and I can’t wait to share the story with my students!
