Day Three of was our field trip & grand tour of American Village!!
Best day ever, best place ever, & best people ever!! We learned all about the upcoming semiquincentennial/America 250 & stepped back in time as we helped fight for American independence. Engaging with interpreters in living history truly brings the story of America to life!
This week has been so much fun!! We’ve met incredible people, learned so much about Alabama statehood & celebrated history in all its glory! ♥️🤍💙🇺🇸

wrapped up our trip with a day full of collaboration, creativity, and curiosity. We shared ideas for future activities, got a behind-the-scenes look at the with curator of collections, Nick, and explored the stories of George Washington Carver and Alabama’s entrepreneurial spirit.
