Big congratulations to art major Avery Sharp!
Avery recently earned a scholarship for her Undergraduate Research Project, The Sarah Palmer Portrait, a collaborative project with the English Department that honors the legacy of a beloved professor. She also spent summer 2026 interning with local mural artist Emma Gilbert, expanding her artistic practice through professional experience.
We are proud to celebrate Avery's hard work, talent, and growing success. Way to go, Avery!

The annual Art Majors Meeting last week kicked off what’s sure to be an exciting year of new opportunities and new friends!

We had to do a funny one, of course.

Afterwards, Anthology, an Emerging Curators Program show opened.

It was great to see so many students and alumni!
