Meet Jon Neugebauer, Class 55 Fellow!
Growing as a leader means stepping back, gaining perspective, and investing in the future of California ag, that's what drew Jon to the California Agricultural Leadership Program.

Jon is a part-owner of a family ag supply business, helping farmers, ranchers, and public agencies across California find practical agronomic solutions. From farming to retail agronomy to large-scale infrastructure, his experience gives him a unique view of where ag is headed!

We’re hiring and we’ve refined this role to create an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in nonprofit development and fundraising.

Our Development Coordinator will work across donor relations, grants, annual giving, events and development operations. It’s an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of development, take on increasing responsibility and grow into a larger role over time.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, relationship-oriented, eager to learn and excited about contributing to a mission that strengthens California agriculture through leadership.
