Still thinking about graduation even though it’s officially the first day of summer.
A special thank you to our legacy families. Families who trusted Bay View Academy from Kindergarten all the way through 8th grade. Thank you for the years of dedication, the memories, the support, and the community you’ve helped build.
Watching your students grow from little Kindergarteners into confident young adults has been one of the greatest privileges. Your families are part of the story of BVA, and your impact will be felt long after promotion day.

Special thanks to our Upper Campus Service Learners for stepping up and helping throughout the day, Coach Will for getting everything set up and ready to go, Sandra for keeping teams organized and running smoothly, and our special guest, Nina, for bringing the energy as an amazing MC and keeping the crowd engaged from start to finish. We couldn’t have done it without all of you! 🎉👏💙

And… now the 3rd graders have made their way to Upper Campus to begin work on their collaborative 3rd/6th grade mural, led by Jess Soriano and Jeannie Reese! It’s been such a joy watching them explore their future campus while helping beautify it through art. They connected with siblings, had fun, and sharpened their professional artistic skills along the way. Stay tuned for the big mural reveal at the start of next school year! 🎨 🖌️

What a special evening at our MAPA Spring Concert at the Oldemeyer Center in Seaside! 🌸🎶
Our talented TK–6 students lit up the stage, showing the results of all their hard work, dedication, and practice throughout the semester. From our youngest performers to our sixth graders, each performance reflected their growth, confidence, and love for music.
A huge thank you to Mr. Blackburn, our wonderful music teacher, for his passion, patience, and commitment to helping our students prepare for this memorable event.
And to our MAPA families, thank you for coming out, supporting our students, and celebrating the arts with us. Your encouragement and presence mean so much to our school community.

¡Qué velada tan especial en nuestro Concierto de Primavera de MAPA en el Oldemeyer Center en Seaside! 🌸🎶
Nuestros talentosos estudiantes de TK a 6.º grado brillaron en el escenario, mostrando el resultado de todo su esfuerzo, dedicación y práctica durante todo el semestre. Desde nuestros artistas más pequeños hasta nuestros estudiantes de sexto grado, cada presentación reflejó su crecimiento, confianza y amor por la música.
