📖 Historical context with Jonathan Foret and a prelude to "Evangeline" by Louisiana Poet Laureate Gina Ferrara

🗣️ The importance of the French language by Christine Verdin, Director of École Pointe-au-Chien

🙏 Blessing of the wreath by Monsignor Frederick Brunet and memorial procession by École Pointe-au-Chien students with musical accompaniment from Dr. Gary LaFleur

The Acadian Rock will be on site for viewing.

Members from the Terrebonne Genealogical Society will be present to share information about their organization
