About Ad Astra Preschool
We are a fully licensed preschool, currently enrolling students 2-5 years old. At Ad Astra, we believe in setting a foundation for children to be life-long learners and independent thinkers. Our home-style atmosphere provides students with a safe, loving environment fostering kindness and respect. We provide a high quality, engaging curriculum with a combined approach of
play-based and academic learning. Activities are based upon each individual child’s level and interests. Small student to teacher ratio allows for maximum student comfort and individualized attention. Ad Astra Preschool is a perfect transition between infancy and kindergarten readiness. Tot School for 2 and 3 year-olds
Preschool for 3-5 years of age
Online Preschool 3-5 year-olds (meet via Zoom two times per week)
About the owner/teacher:
- 20 years experience working with children
- Former LAUSD and K¹² Online School teacher
- Former speech therapist assistant
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Experience working with gifted children, special needs, and Montessori philosophy
