Trauma can affect the way we think, feel, and connect — often long after the event itself. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk that journey alone.

Trauma Reboot is a faith-based, peer-led, 12-week program designed to help individuals process trauma, build emotional resilience, and begin healing in a safe and supportive environment.
