Volleyball Recap: Monte Vista Pirates vs. Florence Huskies

The Monte Vista Pirates got the win against the Florence Huskies on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.
While Monte Vista won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final set scores wound up at 29-27, 25-16, 25-21.
Abbi Ortega went supernova, getting 19 assists and six aces. Sierra Hensley was another key player, getting six kills, four aces, and two solo blocks.
