Our biggest goal is the do right by our athletes in every way possible. Here are some tips to help your athlete thrive daily ✨

1. Training & Exercise
-Training should:
-be age-appropriate
-emphasize control, form, and injury prevention
-establish good habits
Focus: Movement quality & foundational control

2. Nutrition & Hydration
-Timing matters!
-Hydrate daily!

3. Mental Well-Being & Mindset
-Focus more on the learning process instead of just winning or losing outcomes

4. Play multiple sports!
-young athletes thrive when they build more skills that become applicable to more than one platform. Socialization. Body movement & control. Overall long term enjoyment!
-As they get older, then narrow focus down to 1 or 2 sports.

5. Parental Support
-Parents set the tone for the growth of their athlete.
Teach them to listen to their bodies by listening to their cues!
Teach them to advocate for themselves by advocating for them!
Teach them to regulate fear & anxiety by being their biggest cheerleader & support system.
