Do you ever wonder what we do with all of the broken boards left from testing and demonstrations? You'd be surprised. I don't know what other people do when they need a piece of scrap wood, do you go out and buy it?
Here's our latest: the Taekwon-do Standing Desk because sometimes you're so busy at the front desk you don't have a chance to sit down.

Stillness. Focus. Attention. Can you see how thse students learned this self control and are ready for their testing to begin? Taekwon-do can be abour not moving as much as lots of physical movement. It's about not just improving your physical fitness but about improving your mind as well.

Our Juniors Program is for students age 7-14. Some of these students started as Juniors and some came over when they graduated from the Mighty Lions Program. Hoewever you join the program everyone learns to believe in themselves, to have confidence, and to be able to control their mind and body better than before.

Mighty Lions are demonstrating 2-step sparring. This exercise allows students to learn some of the elements of sparring without the risk of getting hurt. They learn where to hit, and how to move with combinations, but since there's no contact with their partner even our Mighty Lions, age 4-6, can learn it.

These students are all White Belts which means they've been practicing less than four months, and look at the progress! It's always great to see what people can do when given the guidance to learn great things.
They are doing 2-step sparring which means they get to learn the fundamental movements of sparring without a risk of injury.
