✏️📖😁What a way to kick off the academic year! Our Center for Academic Success & Tutoring training brought 150 student leaders together for a day of connecting, learning, collaborating, and getting ready for an amazing year ahead.

From training and presentations to meeting campus departments and connecting with fellow student workers, we hope everyone left with new resources, new connections, and plenty of ideas to provide support to students this semester.

A huge thank you to all of our campus partners, presenters, & everyone who helped make the day possible. We can’t wait to see what our student leaders accomplish this year!

Happy National Financial Literacy Awareness Month!
CAST is hosting events and workshops this month to spread financial literacy awareness on campus.

Join us THIS THURSDAY, April 11th, at 1-3PM in Student Center 4th Floor 411-414 for our “What’s Your Money Personality?” Event! Go through a small interactive simulation of what budgeting and loan repayment might look like after graduating. Free food and raffle prizes will be available!

Happy , red hawks! Meet Kayla, who supported CMST 101 for Summer Bridge! Kayla’s favorite part of tutoring is getting to know students individually and seeing them adjust to college life, and what she likes about Montclair State is the sense of belonging❤️. Her best advice to incoming freshmen is that college is not as scary as it seems, but make sure to push yourselves outside of your comfort zone! Thank you for all your help this summer, Kayla!
