Meet with a HESAA representative on campus to discuss your NJ state financial aid eligibility! If you haven't had a chance to stop by yet, there are more dates coming up throughout August.

Did you know? Fall 2026 bills are available on NEST! Itemized invoice statements have been issued via email.

Payment is initially due August 10th. If you are planning to enroll into a payment plan, enrollment is available for the 5-month payment plan option through August 31st. Failure to make payment, enroll into a payment plan, or secure sufficient financial aid may result in a late fee assessment.

The Health Insurance Waiver request form is now available for full-time students who have insurance coverage and would like to opt out of the university-partnered insurance, to waive the fee from their bill.

The Health Insurance Waiver form is now available online. If you have your own health insurance coverage and would like to opt out of the university-partnered Aetna health insurance, you will need to submit the waiver request form online by the September 14th deadline. Once submitted, please allow time for your waiver request to be reviewed before the charge will be waived from your official bill.

Payment Plan enrollment for the Fall 2026 semester is now available. Enrollment deadlines are rolling. There are 5-month, 4-month, and 3-month plans available. Whatever date that you enroll will be the date each month that your payments are due. At the time of enrollment, you will be prompted to pay a $30 enrollment fee and the first installment of your chosen plan.

Please be advised: Red Hawk Central will be closing on the Montclair campus at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday July 30th for in person services. Phone services will remain available until 6:00 p.m. as regularly scheduled.

Please be advised that there will be a temporary disruption of our in person services today: Tuesday, July 14th. Montclair Red Hawk Central will be closed for in person services from 2:30 p.m. through 4:30 p.m. The office will be open as scheduled leading up to that time, and afterwards from 4:30 p.m. through 5:30 p.m. During the in-person closure, phone services will still be available.
