Learn about our NSF funded research!

In our study run by Drs. Jennifer Bragger and Laura Lakusta, we aim to longitudinally investigate participant's: (1) Theory of Mind, which is the ability to understand why others act and think the way they do, (2) Ability to recognize essential characteristics of servant leadership, and (3) Specific first-hand experience in serving and/or leading.

We bridge several areas of psychology including cognition, organizational science, and leadership theory. No prior studies have investigated how leaders develop to think and behave in ways that create a cycle of servant leadership.
