The role of a father is of extreme importance in a child’s life. Just like present mothers, present fathers positively affect all aspects of a child’s health. Studies show that children that have a present father in their lives have better mental/ emotional, physical and social health than kids without a father. So, as a man, never let your children grow up without a father, proudly take on your role as a father— a provider, protector, a disciplinarian, a mentor, and a loving LEADER. As a mom, appreciate the father of your children and the sacrifice they make for their children whether you are together or not, as long as they are there for their children. As a child, appreciate, love and hug your father no matter how old you are.

To all the loving fathers, we love and appreciate you🫶🏼

Did you know that sugary diets are the main cause of health problems in children today? If you don’t control your children’s sugar intake, they can develop:
• Sleep disorders
• Behavioral disorders
• Concentration problems
• Obesity
• Diabetes and other chronic diseases
• More.

That’s why it’s important to feed your children home cooked meals and natural sugars found in fruits instead of fast food and candy which are high in added sugars and fat.

Do you keep track of your children’s sugar intake?

Hi there👋🏼 Lina here🤓

God shows us His grace by allowing us to be blessed by parenthood. There are many people that have been praying and are still praying for what God already blessed us with: a child. So, next time you feel overwhelmed by parenthood, remember that this season is an answered prayer and that He who brought you to this point, will help you keep going if you let Him.

God gives us the gift of our children so that we may love them, take care of them and teach them to live a life which glorifies God. Sometimes, doing all of this gets so difficult we think we can’t do it, but we must remember that He who granted us our child is always with us, so He will help us through our parenting journey. That’s why He has placed people in different areas with the knowledge needed to help us succeed in this ministry, which is raising children.

Be thankful for the blessing God has allowed you to receive and pray for those who are still waiting for God to answer their prayer. Be thankful because your annoying, loud, messy, defiant child is someone’s dearest dream.

BE THANKFUL!🫶🏼

Hi there👋🏼 Lina here🤓

Raising toddlers is a very challenging season in our parenting journey; a lot of the things they do seem abnormal, when in reality, they are normal parts of their development. 💡Here are some fun facts about toddlers that will help you understand them better.

Remember that your toddler is a human being with big feelings just like adults, but they don’t have the tools to express those feelings in healthy ways. Remember that their small bodies have many times more energy than our big bodies do, so they will try to burn that energy the best way they can. Being there for our toddlers, paying attention to them and creating routines and environments for them to express their emotions and burn their energy in healthy ways is the least we can do for them.❤️

Do you need help understanding and raising your toddler? ✨I am here to help!✨ Stay tuned for the parent coaching sessions that will be available very very soon!

HAPPY PARENTING!🫶🏼

Hey there👋🏼 Lina here🤓

Oftentimes, our expectations of motherhood are so unrealistically high that we tend to feel guilty and inadequate as mothers when in reality, we are doing amazing.👏🏼

Mothers that struggle with mood disorders oftentimes think that they are bad mothers because society has made us believe that after having children, we enter a state of ever present happiness. What if I told you that you can have ever present joy and still have moments of sadness?😮 What if I told you that postpartum depression doesn’t mean you don’t love your child?❤️ Let me remind you that becoming mothers doesn’t magically erase all of life’s problems. So, even though you love your children and you are happy to have them, you can still experience mood disorders and that’s completely normal.🌸

We have mothers that think they’re bad moms just because their children are going through challenging developmental seasons. But, what if I told you that most of the behaviors that are labeled as bad are not?🤷🏽‍♀️ What if I told you that your child’s meltdowns don’t necessary represent bad parenting? That if your child is having a hard time eating, sleeping or doing anything else, it doesn’t necessary mean you’re not doing your job raising them right?🤯

We also have mommies that feel selfish for taking some time to themselves and resting. But mom, what if I told you that taking care of yourself is the only way you will be able to take care of your family?💞 So, take that nap😴, go for that walk🚶🏽‍♀️, read that book📖, pray🙏🏼, take that art class👩🏽‍🎨, call out of work and still send your kid to daycare/school😊, eat that burger🍔, buy that dress👗, put those heels on👠, RECHARGE!🔌⚡️ Never feel guilty for taking care of yourself when you know you’re still taking care of everyone else.💗

Comment: I AM THE BEST MOTHER FOR [child’s name] & repeat this phrase over and over again until you believe it!🙌🏼 Every time you feel inadequate as a mom or any time you feel overwhelmed by mom guilt, remind yourself that you’re the best mom for and to your kids.❤️

Mommy, YOU ARE ENOUGH🫶🏼
