The pumpkins did not disappoint this year-our students and families are full of creativity! Although some students asked today if they had won the contest, voting for your favorite pumpkin will last through Friday. Bring in your pennies to vote for your favorite!

4th graders started working on a STEM project on Friday. They are building catapults out of craft sticks, rubber bands, and a plastic spoon. Once the catapults are finished, they will compete to see which catapult can launch pumpkin candy the furthest. 🎃🍬🎃🍬🎃

Part 2 of fun Friday, kindergarten students listened as the teacher called out letters and searched for them on their papers, tracing each letter with a marker as they found it. They worked hard to see if they could find all 26 letters of the alphabet and 3 high-frequency words! What a fun way to practice letter recognition, word recognition, and fine motor skills while learning

👻 Fun Friday in Kindergarten! 🎃
Our kindergarten friends had a spooktacular time walking around the classroom and writing alphabet letters on their ghost papers! 👻 While having fun, they were strengthening their fine motor skills and alphabet knowledge as they practiced letter formation and reviewed the letters of the alphabet. So much learning wrapped up in a little Halloween fun! 🧡🖤
