“The Library Services division is thrilled to see this investment in our students and in the future of our college,” said Director of Library Services for Coastal Alabama, Alisha Bowen. “This renovation will allow us to create a library and a welcoming space where generations of students can learn, connect, and make lasting memories for years to come.”

We want to give a big "Howl of Fame" shout-out to Library Assistant Alisha Britnell for her outstanding dedication to student success!

When a student recently encountered technical difficulties with Honorlock, Alisha stepped in with patience, persistence, and a positive attitude. She worked through multiple solutions and stayed with the student until they were able to successfully complete their exam.

This is just one of the many ways Alisha goes above and beyond to support our students. Her kindness, problem-solving skills, and commitment to helping others make a lasting difference every day in the library.

Coastal Alabama will be closed Monday, August 10th for Institute Day as our faculty and staff come together for a day of professional development and preparation for the academic year ahead.
