Sanskruti’s tribute to our incredible India/ Bharat at the India Day celebration on August 17th organized by The Nationality Rooms Committee at the University of Pittsburgh:

Dance Presentation: ’Samanvay’- A Dance of Harmony

Concept & Direction: Smt. Shambhavi Desai
Assisted by Moha Desai

‘Samanvay’ means coordination or harmony in Sanskrit, suggesting the seamless integration of different languages, styles and genres through dance. This dance presentation showcases three different genres of dances woven into some of the many different Indian languages to create a rich tapestry which attributes in making India truly incredible.

Dance Participants: Ananya, Anika, Anvita, Jiya, Josh*tha, Kanishka, Kaviya, Keya, Oviya, Soumya, Sumedha, Swara.
