Dear UPS families,
As you know, our Back to School Bash was canceled due to the weather conditions today. We had hoped to find a way to reschedule the event, but unfortunately, we will not be able to bring the Bash to you in its entirety this year. We are disappointed that we won’t be able to gather everyone together as planned, but we are grateful to everyone who helped make the event possible!
The good news is that some of the resources and community partners who were scheduled to join us will still be available during our Back to School Night for grades 1 through 8 on September 3rd. We encourage families to stop by, connect with these wonderful organizations, and pick up helpful information and resources for the school year (including backpacks filled with school supplies).
Please note that this will be a resource-focused gathering, rather than a rescheduled Back to School Bash. There will not be children’s activities planned for this portion of the evening, so families are welcome to stop by and take advantage of the resources while making whatever arrangements work best for their family.
