๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ง๐ข ๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ, is an educator, researcher, and curriculum leader focused on advancing holistic well-being and meaningful learning in schools. She has been the Director of the Heartfulness Program for Schools (HPS) since 2016 and leads curriculum development, training, and research for the evidence-based social-emotional learning initiative. She has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and platforms such as Edutopia and Thrive Global. Her work explores the impact of Heartfulness practices on stress, anxiety, loneliness, and overall well-being in school communities. She is a recipient of the Detroit Duchess Award for Humanitarian Services in recognition of her efforts to foster a culture of compassion and well-being within Michigan schools and communities. of teaching experience across India and the United States, she currently teaches mathematics at the Professional Childrenโs School in New York.
