Bright Spot Baptist Academy Knowledge Balanced with Grace and Truth! Our academic goals are to get and keep our students on grade level in every subject, particularly math and reading.

We follow Abeka standard for every teacher and student. Teachers are in continual training by the online Abeka Professional Development courses and have the opportunity to receive CEUs/ISPs certificates issued by Pensacola Christian College. Our number one goal is to develop in our students a love for Jesus Christ and others! We believe their spiritual health is vital for a happy, healthy, product

ive life. We not only teach Bible doctrine but how to apply those truths to our own daily lives. Our commitment is to demonstrate Christian character in our classroom and throughout our school day. Biblical knowledge without application is all in vain.

Today, we lovingly remember and celebrate the heavenly birthday of Pastor Bobby Helms, founder of Bright Spot Baptist Academy. 💙

We are so thankful for his faith, vision, and faithful service to the Lord. Although he is deeply missed, his legacy continues through every student and family touched by this ministry.
