One of the most beloved traditions at JGS School took center stage at the end of the school year as our graduating 6th grade class celebrated May Day!

Dressed in white and full of joy, our students wrapped the May Pole, performed choreographed dances and skits, and proudly led the entire school in procession to the song “We Are Family.” What began historically as a celebration of spring and new beginnings has become a treasured JGS rite of passage honoring the journey of our graduating Rams. May Day is more than a performance, it is a celebration of friendship, memories, leadership, and the special bond shared by the Class of 2026.

We are so proud of these students and the example they have set for the younger Rams who have looked up to them each day. Congratulations, 6th grade! Your JGS family is cheering you on as you take your next steps forward. ❤️💙🐏

JGS VBS is coming July 6- 10th and we can’t wait for another fun-filled week of faith, friendship, and adventure! ☀️🎈

This year, kids will journey “Up Up & Away” with the Assorted Saints as they learn about the virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love through games, music, crafts, snacks, and hands-on activities — all rooted in our Catholic faith.

Last Thursday, our students in PreK 3 through 6th grade took the stage for our 2nd Annual All-American Spring Music Concert, performing in front of a packed gym filled with proud families and classmates.
From songs representing cultures around the world to performances in different languages, and even a beautiful piece using sign language, our students truly showcased their talent, confidence, and joy.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our JGS Music Teacher and Choir Director, Mrs. Janie Smith, for her dedication, creativity, and passion. Because of her, our music program continues to be both enriching and inspiring for our students. Bravo, JGS Rams!❤🎶💙
