Our Marketing Club hopes you ACE your finals this week and next!

We enjoyed passing out study kits to CBSS students in Hemphill, Construction, and Strauss on Monday and Tuesday.

Each kit included a pen, pencil, highlighter, big eraser, post-it notes, a snack, and a finals schedule - everything you need for those late night study sessions!

Good luck, Warhawks! You got this!

Congratulations to MRKT Club Member and newly appointed President, Isabella Coates, for receiving the Women's Symposium's Emerging Student Leader Award!

Isabella Coates
Emerging Student Leader Award Recipient

Isabella Rose Coates, a senior at the University of Louisiana Monroe, exemplifies resilience, authenticity, and leadership. Set to graduate in May with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, this milestone represents not only academic excellence but also a profound journey of personal strength and perseverance.

During her time at ULM, Isabella navigated the heartbreaking loss of her father, grandfather, and great-grandmother. Despite these immense challenges, she remained committed to her studies, maintaining a full-time course load and consistent employment, demonstrating unwavering dedication to her future. Isabella has transformed her grief into a powerful purpose by establishing her nonprofit, From Grief 2 Healing, which educates communities and raises awareness on the vital principle that "No One Grieves Alone."

Bridging the gap between advocacy and industry, Isabella founded Healing Forward Solutions, a consulting firm that transforms reactive workplace grief support into proactive, compassionate programs that serve employees and employers alike. Her two years of service on the Student Empower Board have provided her with invaluable mentorship and connections to remarkable women leaders within the community.

Isabella’s influence spans multiple arenas, from winning the ULM Elevator Pitch Competition and placing second in the inaugural New Ventures Challenge to representing her community on the pageant stage and serving in the Junior League of Monroe. Driven to honor the legacies of those she lost while forging her own path, she is redefining how society supports one another through the most difficult moments. Please join us in celebrating this extraordinary entrepreneur, advocate, and leader.
