We’re savoring the last days of summer while getting excited to help set students up for success! ☀️📚

Mark your calendars for Open House on August 31st from 6:00–7:30 PM! All middle school students and families are invited to join us.

Students can find their lockers, practice combinations, check schedules, visit classrooms, meet staff, and get comfortable before the first day. Plus, we’ll have food, photo ops, and more fun throughout the evening!

Our incredible PTO will also have a table where families can learn more, volunteer, and help stock the teachers’ lounge by bringing an item to donate.

Mr. Barnes keeps students and staff entertained with his witty personality, engaging lessons, and ability to build meaningful relationships.

A familiar face in our JMS family, students are always excited for the opportunity to attend his class. His classroom is filled with important life lessons, valuable skills, plenty of humor, and a place where every student feels like they belong.

We loved stopping by Shine Your Lite this morning to support our cheer team! 📣💛

Our coaches have been amazing and are really focusing on team building and representing Bear Country as a whole. Seeing these girls working hard today and sharing their Bear pride sure made us smile!

Are you ready to bring the energy and hit the court? Official Middle School Volleyball Tryouts are right around the corner, and we want to see YOU there!
Tryouts are OPEN TO ALL 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, whether you've been playing for years or are ready to try out for your very first team. Come show us what you've got!

Monday, August 24: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday, August 25: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Mrs. Young is a veteran teacher who brings positivity, experience, and a love for connecting with students to JMS each day!

From teaching 7th Grade Social Studies to Foods, she shares lessons that reach far beyond the classroom. We are so grateful to have Mrs. Young as part of our JMS family! 🐻💙

Mrs. Dunn is the heart of our front office! As our Building Secretary, she keeps JMS organized, running smoothly, and ready for each day.

She goes above and beyond for our students and staff, always willing to step in wherever she’s needed. We are so grateful to have her as part of our JMS family! 🐻💛

With the wonderful Mrs. Passon retiring, Mrs. LaBeau has officially taken over Yearbook Club and is already off to a great start! Yearbooks are available at a special discounted price through September 11th! 🎉
