The intent of this class is to teach students to channel their energy, improve their focus and listening skills, and aid their physical development. This program will instill confindence and discipline in your child, while also teaching the basic Tae Kwon Do movements in a fun and engaging way. Basic Beginners
Offering a positive environment for children / adults to develop character traits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. This class builds confidence, focus, self-esteem, discipline, respect, positive attitude and values. Instructors use positive teaching techniques in a safe environment where every child can succeed, while focusing on the early fundamental Tae Kwon Do skills that will prepare you for the Low Rank class. Building upon the basics of Tae Kwon Do, this class will offer an exciting and engaging Tae Kwon Do martial arts curriculum to our under belt ranks. This program will focus on personal fitness and life skills, as well as teaching the beginning stages of our Tae Kwon Do curriculum. Students learn how to effectively defend themselves while developing their mental and physical potentials. Adult / High Rank
This class is a continuation of the Low Rank class, focusing on the more advanced stages of our Tae Kwon Do martial arts curriculum, offered to our advanced belt ranks. This program will focus on personal fitness and life skills. Weapons
Opportunity for students of any rank to learn practical self defense and weapons training. We offer training in bo, sword, Kama, and nunchaku.

What a weekend!! We are beyond proud of all of our Elite Tae Kwon Do | Monroe, WI team members who competed at the WSKL Infinity National Championships in Wisconsin Dells!!

Let's hear it for Mr. Beckett Barnard, Ms. Kailyn Ringhand and Ms. Presley Barnard, for making it the the NIGHT SHOW STAGE!!
THREE competitors is huge!! and is our record number to make stage in one night and we couldn't be more proud of all of your hard work and dedication to consistantely push yourselves and strive for better!! Keep up the good work!!
