🏗️ Building Bridges Through Strong Instructional Leadership! 💙💛

Today, our BFE Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) came together for another meaningful session focused on strengthening teaching, supporting teachers, and improving outcomes for every student.

Our work centered on duties and responsibilities, reviewing data, our Building Bridges initiative, and implementing curriculum with fidelity and intentionality. We also spent time digging into understanding what students are expected to learn, and ensuring instruction is aligned to those expectations.

At BFE, leadership is more than a title—it is a commitment to collaborate, reflect, learn, and lead the work.

A special thank you to our team for being engaged, asking questions, and remaining focused on the ultimate goal: better instruction and greater success for our students.

🔬🏗️ BFE IS BUILDING BRIDGES TO THE FUTURE THROUGH STEM! 🧪🤖

Today, our Barkdull Faulk Elementary Bulldogs had an incredible opportunity to attend STEM Fest 2026 at the Rayville Civic Center! 💙

Our students stepped beyond the classroom and experienced Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in action through hands-on activities, engineering challenges, technology, design, and problem-solving experiences.

At BFE, we believe exposure creates possibilities. We want our students to know that they can become the engineers, scientists, programmers, architects, innovators, and problem-solvers of tomorrow. Sometimes all it takes is ONE experience to spark a lifelong passion! 💡

This experience fit perfectly with our theme, “Building Bridges and Closing Gaps.” We are intentionally building bridges between what students learn in the classroom and the careers and opportunities waiting for them in the real world.

A special thank you to STEM Global Action, Meta, Richland Parish Data Center, DPR Construction, Mortenson, and everyone who helped make this experience possible for our students.

Our Bulldogs didn’t just attend STEM Fest today—they explored, discovered, designed, questioned, and DREAMED BIG! 🚀
