Registration is now open for the September 2026 Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program through SEMCA Michigan Works!

Community Health Workers help bridge the gap between healthcare and underserved communities by connecting people with resources, providing support, and improving access to care.

Program Highlights:
βœ… FREE 8-week online training
βœ… Earn your Community Health Worker credential and Behavioral Health Micro-Credential
βœ… 40-hour internship for real-world experience
βœ… Interactive classes, projects, and hands-on skills practice
βœ… Earn up to $150 per week in stipends while participating
