The summer has flown by and we need to get going on after prom plans! We are having an after prom meeting on Wednesday, August 23 in the high school library at 7pm.
We need to figure out what we want to do and then get some things booked that usually fill up fast(entertainment, inflatables, etc). We also need to get going on fundraising. The more people and ideas the better!
Please bring any PCM T-shirts that you don't need so we can make a T-shirt quilt to be raffled as fundraiser.

New plan!!! No floral pick up at Rosonkes! Kelly will contact everyone who ordered flowers personally and arrange for her to deliver to you herself. That's all I know :(

NEW UPDATE!!! Now telling us 10:45 AM on flowers. Please watch for updates!! Update to previous post!!! Just heard from Kelly that flowers will not be available at Rosonke house until after 10:45 AM this morning. If you made other arrangements with Kelly for pick up, then please ignore this post. Sorry, I do not have a list of who ordered flowers so cannot contact you personally yet.

All prom flower orders from Colfax Floral that have been paid for in full will be available for pick up at the Rosonke residence in Prairie City between 9:45 AM and 11:00 AM on Saturday morning. If you have an outstanding balance, you will need to contact Kelly to arrange for payment in advance or arrange to pick up the flowers yourself in Colfax. Kelly can be reached at 515-490-9439. If you need directions to Rosonkes, message Terri Rosonke. Thanks!

Just sending a reminder to those of you that have agreed to provide two dozen cookies or bars for after prom. You can bring them to the middle school after the prom walk in or bring them to Kim Jenkins house during the day on Saturday. If you are helping with after prom just bring them when you come.

If you rented a tux from Colfax Floral, your tux will be delivered to the high school on Wednesday, April 20! Please plan to stop by the ICN Room between 5:00 and 7:00 PM for pick up. All rental costs must be paid in full before you can take the tux home. After prom, you can bring your tux and accessories to the After Prom Bash, and we will return to Colfax Floral for you. Just look for our return table near the registration check-in area. Happy prom week!
