🌟🎉 MEET OUR 2026-2027 YOUTH OF THE YEAR & AMBASSADOR! 🎉🌟

The Walton County Boys & Girls Club is excited to introduce our Youth of the Year, Jaylen A., and his Youth of the Year Ambassador, Zoe M.! 💙✨

Both of these incredible young people bring so much to our Club and are true examples of leadership, character, and what it means to represent the Boys & Girls Club! 🙌🏾

📚 Jaylen lives his life by the quote, “Never judge a book by its cover.” He understands the importance of looking beyond the surface, getting to know others, and allowing people the opportunity to show who they truly are.

📣 Zoe has a passion for youth advocacy and using her voice to make a difference. She believes young people deserve to be heard, supported, and given opportunities to help create positive change.

We are excited to watch Jaylen and Zoe grow throughout this journey as they strengthen their voices, share their stories, and represent the Walton County Boys & Girls Club! 🌟

Who says learning has to mean sitting at a desk? 🙌🏾 At The Club, we believe some of the BEST learning happens when kids are moving, creating, exploring, working together…and sometimes even taking our shoes off and feeling the fuzzy carpet between our toes! 😂🦶🏾

From getting outside and exploring 🌳, to putting our creativity to work 🎨, building and problem-solving 🧠, and enjoying a little friendly competition with friends 🃏—every experience is an opportunity to learn something new.

We’re creating a space where our members can be curious, use their imagination, try new things, and most importantly…have FUN while learning! 💙

Because learning doesn’t always look like pencils and paper—and that’s what makes it exciting! 🤩📚✨

We are beyond excited to celebrate Tiedrell Ansley on being selected as 1 of only 15 students NATIONWIDE as a 2026 Panda Cares Scholar! 🌟👏🏽

Throughout the selection process, Tiedrell had the opportunity to share his story through essays and videos focused on his Boys & Girls Club experience, leadership journey, personal growth, and the impact he hopes to continue making in his community. 💙

His hard work, perseverance, and commitment to leadership have earned him an incredible $25,000 SCHOLARSHIP to support his college journey! 🎓💰🙌🏽

From growing up in the Club, to becoming a leader and role model for younger members, to representing our Club through Youth of the Year, Tiedrell continues to show what it means to turn opportunities into a GREAT FUTURE! 💫

🎉📚 We’re Back… and What an Amazing Start to a New Afterschool Year at The Walton Boys & Girls Club! 💙💛

The laughter is back, the energy is high, and our Club is once again filled with smiling faces! 😄🙌 We are off to an incredible start to the new afterschool year, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome both familiar faces and new members into our Club family. 🏡❤️

Every afternoon is filled with opportunities for our youth to learn, grow, and have fun together! 🎨🏀💻 From exciting games and hands-on activities to homework help, creative projects, and active play, there’s something for everyone.

One of the best parts? 💙 Watching new friendships form while old ones grow even stronger. Our members are building confidence, learning teamwork, showing kindness, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🤝🌟

From the Boys & Girls Club to the FIFA World Cup—what an unforgettable journey for our very own Eva! 💙✨

Eva had the once-in-a-lifetime honor of serving as a World Cup Flag Bearer, proudly stepping onto one of the biggest stages in sports. 🇺🇸⚽

But the memories didn’t stop there! She also enjoyed:

Today, Eva had the incredible opportunity to be featured on Fox 5 to share her journey with the Boys & Girls Club and the impact the Club has had on her life. As if that wasn’t exciting enough, Eva is also preparing for an amazing upcoming opportunity connected to the World Cup and speaks on this ⚽🌎 We couldn’t be more proud to see her representing not only herself, but also our Club, our community, and young people everywhere.

One of the highlights of every day has been our favorite time of day... 🎶✨ TURN UP TIME! ✨🎶

This is a chance for our members to let loose, dance with their friends, relax on the bean bags, sing along to their favorite songs, and simply enjoy being kids. 😎🕺💃🎤

At the Club, we believe summer should be filled with laughter, friendships, unforgettable memories, and moments that allow our youth to be themselves. ❤️ From exciting activities and games to music and movement, Turn Up Time has quickly become a daily favorite! 🎵🎉
