The problem with amateur sports is that anyone can be a coach. And you can find yourself in a bad place with a bad coach like this 10 year old girl. At her age, winning is good but it is not everything. Coaching requires more than just a knowledge of the sport, it requires empathy, leadership, and the ability to inspire and empower athletes to reach their full potential.

🚨🚨This is a giant opportunity! We are starting a 16U 🏀 AAU team for May/June/July of this year!!

⚠️We are looking for 5 more boys ages 14,15, or 16 years old to join our team. ⚠️

My fee is already covered, all you will be responsible for is the tourney fee for your son (approx $40-$50 per tournament). We will have 1-2 practices/week and play 1 tournament per month except 2 in july.

⚠️They will be 1-day indoor tournaments on Saturdays (Little Rock or Tyler) with maybe a one 2-day indoor tournament here in Monroe/Ruston⚠️
