Happy Retirement, Ms. Julia Gross and Ms. Chauncy Dixon! 🎉 Thank you for your years of guiding, inspiring, and pouring your heart into your students at Lexington (and Sallie Humble and Neville Junior High!). You both worked hard for all of our babies, but it's time for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the next adventure! We will miss you!

Lexington Elementary received the Drax Community Grant this year!!!! We were awarded 7 iPads and 7 Finch robots to help reinforce Computer Science in the classroom! Students will not only learn to code 😱, but also build skills like problem solving and teamwork👏🏻!! Shout out to DRAX for supporting our tigers 🐯

Second Grade celebrated Awards Day with their families and Candy Awards with their classmates! Such a fun day to show off their hard work this school year! 🏆 🥇 🍭 🍫 🍿 ✏️ 🏫

Kindergarten Fun Day was a blast!! ☀️ The kids enjoyed an inflatable obstacle course, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, McDonald’s Happy Meals, popsicles, and lots of sunshine!

A huge thank you to McDonald’s (James and Christine Laird) for delivering lunch to our kindergarten students and teachers. We also want to thank the Neville National Honor Society students for volunteering your time and helping make this day so special and memorable for our kindergarteners! 🐯

Second Grade celebrated FUN DAY, the most exciting day of the year! Students played relay games, completed the obstacle course, splashed on the water slide, ate pizza, and enjoyed the sunshine with their friends! 3rd Grade here we come! 🌊 💦 ☀️ 🍕 🛝 🐯

Our teachers and staff had the best teacher appreciation week last week and it could not have been done without YOUR help!! Thank you so much to every student and parent for the gifts, notes, hugs, thank yous, and everything in between!

Second Grade had an amazing field trip touring their new school, Sallie Humble! After touring, students played outside at Saul Adler and enjoyed delicious snow cones! 🍧 Such a fun day to celebrate the almost end of the school year! ☀️
