Zen Lotus Yoga is a children’s yoga program offering Pretzel Kids® Yoga for ages 5–9, designed to combine movement, breathing, storytelling, and fun. The program focuses on helping children develop confidence, focus, coordination, strength, flexibility, self-control, and emotional regulation in a positive and encouraging environment.
